Our clinic is nestled in the heart of the Village of Fallbrook between Main Street and Vine Street. We remodled a mid 1900 building which was a former police department and a bank.to be a fully licensed medical clinic and pregnancy resource facility. It’s our "Home on Hawthorne" and we welcome you to come visit. Clients are welcome to stop in anytime during our clinic hours to check for availability.
