Carolyn Koole MPA

Executive Director

I came to HCW in 2014 from Grand Rapids Michigan where I served as ED at another pregnancy center called Alpha Grand Rapids. My background is in public administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management. What makes working at Hope so special are the women I work with. They absolutely love serving each other and the moms who come to us for assistance.

Lili Ramirez

Program Services Director

I volunteered at Hope Clinic for Women in 2018. I quickly developed a love and a passion for this organization. Although I went on to work a full time job that did not allow me to continue volunteering, Hope Clinic always stayed in my heart. I knew that one day I would be back. I love everything that I do here but I most enjoy building relationships with our client advocates and our clients. I love walking with them on their life journey and seeing them flourish.

Brenda Robinson PA-C

Nurse Manager

I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work with HCW since 2019, though I have been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2002. I took on the role of Nurse Manager to further my passion for non judgmental, compassionate care and to provide evidence based education in an underserved area of medicine. The ability to share with a mother the first glance of her child on ultrasound is so rewarding as this affects her physical, emotional and sexual health decisions.

Gabriella Carenza NP

Nurse Manager

I'm a Nurse Practitioner working in Fallbrook for the last 23 years. I specialize in womens' health. Working at Hope Clinic for women is special to me, because I love serving young women and supporting them with their healthcare needs.

Kezia Whitaker

Volunteer Assistant

I began working at HCW in the spring of 2019, where I quickly became acquainted with the dear women who make this organization so incredibly special. My role as Admin. Assistant means that I work closely with Lili and Erika to keep our clients, volunteers, and programs running smoothly. I also run HCW's social media accounts (@hopeclinicforwomen on Instagram) and our high school community service program, and on the side, I try not to kill our resident office plants. One of my favorite things about HCW is the team of women (co-workers and volunteers) who pour their hearts into serving our clients; they are truly what makes Hope such a unique place.

Juliene Stone

Administrative Support

As a retired school administrative assistant, mother of 3 adult children, and grandmother of 5, I enjoy being able to continue using my skills at Hope Clinic for Women. I've been a volunteer for nearly 5 years, and also work in the receptionist position whenever she is out of the office. I love beading as a hobby, and enjoy traveling with my husband every opportunity we get. I feel privileged to be part of the Hope Clinic staff.
